Request Parcel Delivery (copy)

If you are expecting a parcel and will be at home to receive this delivery you can let us know.

Our concierge team will advise the courier driver that you are home and direct them to deliver this to your door. If you are not at home when they attempt to deliver then the courier will then most likely leave a 'sorry we missed you' card where you can arrange redelivery with them.

Please note as a default all parcel deliveries are delivered to our secure Parcel SafePlace room that provides 24/7 access. You will be notified when a delivery has been made to the room with a unique one-time access code.
